Pratyush Bhartiya
Co-Founder & Promoter

A serial entrepreneur with a career built on identifying high-potential ventures and scaling them with discipline. Pratyush has operated across fintech, sustainable technology, and venture finance, including his tenure as Managing Director of Bitfort, one of India's early crypto trading exchanges, and his co-founding of RiseWise Capital, an NBFC financing India's EV transition. At Novara Legacy, he brings the builder's instinct: systems thinking, capital discipline, and a long-term view on value creation.

Kanhaiya Bajaj
Co-Founder & Promoter

An industrialist and sustainability advocate with over a decade leading the design, manufacture, and global commercialisation of high-performance ferroalloys and advanced refractory materials. Kanhaiya has built industry-first products and expanded operations across demanding international markets, guided by a philosophy of trust, technical depth, and accountability. His commitment to long-term thinking over short-term optics, is precisely what Novara Legacy is built on.

Anekant Jain
Co-Founder & Promoter

A multi-sector entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership across IT, capital management, commodity trading, and international commerce. Having built and directed ventures spanning hospitality, healthcare, trade, and aviation, Anekant brings strategic breadth that few can match. At Novara Legacy, he contributes a rare combination of crisis management experience, joint venture expertise, and an unwavering conviction that India’s most enduring businesses are built on vision, not velocity.
